We aim to ship orders within 24 hours. During busy periods or holidays, there may be delays, and we appreciate your understanding. We always ensure that you receive a track & trace code to follow your order.
Below you will find the standard UPS delivery times per region as an indication. Please note that different delivery times and conditions apply to pallet shipments.

For delivery addresses outside the European Union:
Your package may be subject to import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient. SCALA ships your package DDU, "duties and taxes unpaid," and does not calculate VAT, excise duties, and/or other taxes.
If additional taxes, excise duties, and/or charges apply to your order, as determined by your country's customs, they are always the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid to the local customs before the package is delivered. SCALA has no control over this.
